Definition

Thingness of a thing independent of how it is indicated. An existence. A noumenal object. The thing-in-itself. A particularity. The thing-as-it-is. Compare the thing-as-it-is described, thing-as-it-is situated. The essence or nature, but is it a set of properties, or is the object independent of its properties?
